SEC Chair Gensler hints at possible delays for Ethereum ETFs

Despite Gensler’s statement about the SEC potentially delaying approval for a spot Ether ETF, the process of listing shares on exchanges is already underway. Just five months after the SEC approved multiple spot Bitcoin ETF applications, the 19b-4 approvals for Ether have also been granted. Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas predicts that spot Ether ETFs will launch on July 4th, ahead of the SEC chair’s comments.
